Diagnostics are free with any approved repair.
If you decide not to proceed, the standalone diagnostic fee is $35 — which covers full hardware and software testing, so you’ll still get a written report of what’s wrong.

Most standard repairs or upgrades are completed within 1–3 business days.
If parts need to be ordered, we’ll let you know the estimated delivery time up front.
We also offer rush service for urgent repairs (same-day or next-day when possible).

Yes. We’re happy to install customer-supplied components like SSDs, RAM, or GPUs — we’ll test them for compatibility and stability before installation.
Labor costs remain the same, but we can’t warranty parts we didn’t supply.

All labor comes with a 90-day warranty, covering the same issue we fixed.
Replacement parts follow the manufacturer’s warranty — usually between 6–12 months, depending on the brand.

Yes — we service custom builds, prebuilt desktops, gaming PCs, and all major OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, and ASUS.
We also repair all-in-one systems and older computers, as long as parts are available.

We always take precautions to protect your data, but we recommend you back up important files before bringing in your PC.
If your computer won’t boot, we can perform a temporary data backup for you as part of the repair.

If the system powers on, there’s usually a good chance of recovery.
If not, we can perform component-level diagnostics and quote a realistic repair plan or data recovery service if needed.

For most hardware repairs, we work in our workshop.
However, we do offer on-site visits for businesses or complex setups — just mention that in your request form.
