  • Every system we build is optimized for real-world performance, not just benchmark numbers. We tune BIOS settings, enable XMP and Resizable BAR, create custom fan curves, and perform extensive stress and thermal tests. Each build is balanced for both performance and longevity.

  • Yes. All PCs come with Windows 11 fully installed, activated, and updated. We remove unnecessary bloatware and install only essential drivers and utilities so your system runs fast and clean from day one.

  • Absolutely. You can start with one of our series as a foundation or request a fully custom configuration. We’ll work with you to choose parts that fit your budget, performance goals, and style preferences.

  • We select every part based on reliability, real-world performance, and verified professional benchmarks — not on brand hype or margin. Each component must meet our internal quality standards and compatibility criteria before being used in any system.

  • We focus on safe, stable optimization, not extreme overclocking. Every build is tuned for consistent long-term performance. If small gains can be achieved safely, we’ll apply them, but never at the cost of noise, heat, or component lifespan.

  • Cooling and acoustics are a core part of our design process. We test airflow patterns, adjust fan curves manually, and use premium thermal materials to achieve the best temperature-to-noise balance possible.

  • Yes — if you have brand preferences for GPUs, cases, fans, or other components, just let us know. We’ll confirm compatibility and let you know if there are any alternatives that may perform better or offer better value.

  • Every system undergoes full diagnostics, component verification, and stress testing before leaving our workshop. We only ship after confirming stability, proper thermals, and 100% functionality.

  • We run a mix of synthetic and real-world tests, including CPU stress tests, GPU load benchmarks, and sustained thermal tests. Each build is monitored for temperature, clock stability, and acoustics to ensure consistent results.

  • We can build near-silent systems using low-noise fans, quality cases, and tuned fan profiles. While total silence isn’t possible under full load, our systems are quiet enough to be unnoticeable during typical use.

  • Yes — we build systems with both AIO liquid coolers and custom water-cooled configurations, depending on the model and your preferences. All liquid cooling setups are pressure-tested and leak-tested before delivery.

  • You’ll receive your fully assembled, tested PC, along with all accessory boxes, manuals, and cables from the included components. We also include a short setup guide to get you started right away.

  • Always. Every LynqPC system is built with standard parts and upgrade paths in mind — you can easily upgrade your CPU, GPU, or storage down the line without compatibility issues.

  • Yes, many of our systems feature customizable RGB lighting. You can request specific lighting themes, or we can disable it entirely if you prefer a clean, professional look.

  • Of course. If you need certain tools, creative software, or performance utilities pre-installed, just mention it when ordering. We’ll set it up as long as you provide valid licenses where required.

About Our Builds

  • Once we receive your request or quote form, our team reviews your needs and contacts you to confirm details. We’ll finalize component choices together, confirm pricing, and start the build once payment is received. You’ll receive updates throughout assembly and testing until delivery or pickup.

  • Most builds take 7–14 business days, depending on parts availability and customization level. We’ll provide a clear estimated completion date before your order is finalized.

  • In some cases, yes. If all components are in stock, we can prioritize your order for an expedited build. Contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm the fastest turnaround available.

  • Yes — you can pick up your PC directly from our workshop in Huntingdon Valley, PA, or we can deliver locally by appointment. We also offer insured nationwide shipping within the United States.

  • Not at the moment. To maintain full quality control and ensure safe delivery, we currently build and ship within the United States only.

  • We’ll keep you informed through email at every major step — parts confirmation, assembly start, performance testing, and final delivery. You can always reply directly if you have questions during the process.

  • If your build hasn’t entered the assembly stage yet, we can usually accommodate changes to parts or configuration. Once assembly begins, modifications may affect build time or incur restocking fees depending on the components.

  • We require full payment before starting the build to secure your components and begin assembly.
    However, we also offer Afterpay for qualifying orders, allowing you to split your payment into manageable installments while we handle your build with the same care and attention to detail.

  • If a selected component becomes unavailable, we’ll immediately contact you with alternative options of equal or better quality and performance — never a downgrade or surprise substitution.

  • In most cases, yes. We can assemble systems using customer-supplied components, but they must be new and sealed to ensure warranty compatibility and quality assurance. Labor-only assembly fees will apply.

  • Absolutely. All LynqPC systems feature professional cable management by default. Custom sleeving or specific color themes can be requested for an additional charge.

  • Yes — we include detailed build photos and test results with every completed PC. You’ll see exactly what we’ve built and how it performed before it’s shipped or picked up.

  • Each system goes through multi-hour stability, temperature, and performance testing. You’ll receive a brief performance summary confirming that your system passed every check.

  • Your system will arrive fully assembled, safely packaged, and ready to use. Just connect your peripherals and power it on — no setup required. We also include all accessory boxes and cables from the components used.

  • Yes — we provide free basic setup support by email or call for all customers. If you need help installing software, transferring data, or connecting devices, we’ll walk you through it.

Warranty & Support

  • Every LynqPC system includes a 3-year limited warranty covering assembly quality, stability, and all components we supply.
    Individual parts are also protected by their manufacturer warranties, which may extend beyond that period.

  • Contact us right away — our support team will help diagnose the issue remotely and guide you through the next steps.
    If the problem is covered by warranty, we’ll repair or replace the affected component as quickly as possible.

  • We start with remote diagnostics to determine whether the issue is hardware- or software-related.
    If needed, we’ll arrange shipping or local drop-off for in-house testing and repair. We always keep you informed at each stage.

  • Even after your warranty ends, we’re still here to help.
    We can assist with replacement parts, repairs, or upgrades at cost-effective rates — the same level of support, without the markup.

  • For the first 90 days, we cover both directions of insured shipping for verified warranty repairs within the U.S.
    After that, customers cover shipping to our workshop, and we cover return shipping once repairs are complete.

  • Absolutely. Our systems are built to be upgrade-friendly.
    You can safely replace or add components such as RAM, GPUs, or storage drives without affecting your warranty — as long as no physical damage occurs during installation.

  • Yes — we offer ongoing remote and email support for all customers.
    For troubleshooting or optimization guidance, our technicians can assist via email, chat, or scheduled phone calls.

  • Every customer receives lifetime software support for basic setup, Windows optimization, and driver updates.
    If you ever need advice on upgrades, cooling adjustments, or system tuning, just reach out — we’re always here to help.

Payment & Returns

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout through Stripe or Squarespace Payments.
    For convenience, we also support Afterpay, allowing you to split your order into manageable installments.

  • We require full payment before beginning your build to secure components and start assembly.
    However, qualifying orders can use Afterpay to spread payments over time while we complete your system with the same care and attention to detail.

  • At the moment, Afterpay is our only installment option.
    We may introduce additional financing partners in the future as we grow.

  • Yes — applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your billing or shipping address within the United States.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
    If the system is fully functional but you decide to return it for other reasons, a 10% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, testing, and reconfiguration costs.
    Custom configurations and modified systems are not eligible for refunds once assembly has begun.

  • Contact us at support@lynqpc.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
    We’ll review your case within one business day and provide detailed instructions for shipping or troubleshooting.

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
    Once we receive and inspect the returned system, the refund is typically completed within 3–5 business days.

  • All LynqPC systems are shipped fully insured and securely packaged.
    If your PC arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and system.
    We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — whichever applies to your situation.
