LynqPC 3-Year Limited Warranty

Our Commitment

Every LynqPC system is built to last.
We carefully assemble and test each computer using premium components and proven methods to ensure long-term reliability.
Our 3-year limited warranty protects your system against defects in materials and workmanship — including any component failures that occur under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

Your LynqPC system is covered for three (3) years from the date of delivery.
During this period, we will repair or replace any component that fails under normal operation at no cost for parts or labor.

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware components supplied and installed by LynqPC

  • Assembly workmanship

  • System stability and hardware-related performance issues caused by defective parts

If a replacement is required, we will use new or equivalent-to-new components of equal or better performance.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage (drops, spills, electrical surges, etc.)

  • Damage from overclocking, user modification, or third-party repairs

  • Software issues, operating system corruption, or malware

  • Normal wear and tear (fans, thermal paste, etc.)

  • Parts not supplied by LynqPC or installed after delivery

  • Damage caused by return shipping in non-original or inadequate packaging

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact us at support@lynqpc.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Our technicians will assist with remote diagnostics to determine the cause.

  3. If a component replacement or repair is needed, we’ll provide detailed shipping or drop-off instructions.

  4. Once received, we typically complete warranty service within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Coverage

  • First 90 days: LynqPC covers both-way insured shipping for verified warranty claims within the U.S.

  • After 90 days: Customers cover shipping to our facility; LynqPC covers the return shipment after repairs.

All systems must be shipped in their original or approved packaging to qualify for coverage.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many components (such as GPUs, SSDs, and power supplies) also include manufacturer warranties that extend beyond three years.
If a part fails after our warranty period but is still covered by the manufacturer, we’ll gladly assist you in coordinating the claim.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or resold.

Limitation of Liability

LynqPC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components.
We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or consequential damages resulting from system failure.
